All this speculation is a bunch of horse crap. The Vols just need to win the games against Vandy and Tucky, get into the SECCG and let the cards fall where they may. When that happens the gators can just forget about the BCS and the only other team with a shot at the BCS would be Georgia (which I find laughable since we waxed their asses). As they say up north, LG, fuhget abowt it!!

Yes, if UGA and UT win out through the regular season, then that shuts the Gators out of the BCS for sure.

But if one of them loses then UF is #2 in the SECE and if the winner of the East loses to LSU, then Florida at least has a shot at a BCS game.

No guarantee at all and things have to fall the Gators' way in a lot of respects, but its certainly a possibility.

I think the Gators used up all their allotted luck for this century in 2006!!:eek:lol:

As I look at what has gone on this season around the country and look back at last year, I do indeed shake my head at the amazing luck the Gators had last year.

Who would have thought that Kansas and Oregon might play for the NC?

UT has one clear path to a BCS bid. Any deviation from that path and that's that. You aren't getting an at large bid with 4 losses.

Florda , I think, could sneak in as the #2 team in the East if the cards fell their way. But still not likely, IMO.
LG, Bring back the voluptuos chick with Tebow as your avatar(don't ever bench that kind of talent

Law, there is 0% chance Florida gets an at large BCS bid.

Why not? Again, I'm not saying its likely, but if UF finishes #2 in the SECE and the SECW team wins the championship game, Florida would be the SEC #2 team for BCS purposes and if 9-3 and Top 12 BCS ranking ....

Tennessee has the same chance of getting an at large BCS bid as UCONN.

Agreed, when the Vols get passed over at #6 (Florida was selected over Vols in 2001 after Vols just beat them) and #8 a few seasons ago :banghead2:..... they definately won't get selected this season.
