Hubbs said he is hearing that the charges on Jackson may be dropped. No confirmation yet. I would bet money they JJ is still going to be on the team.

I really can't wait to get to the bottom of this... I hate speculation.

I want the details of what the heck they were thinking....why they did it....who was involved and did what?

I believe and hope Kiffin will handle this properly.

Depends I guess if he knew what was gonna happen or not. This whole situation just sucks

I heard Tony Baslio say something about JJ being indefinitely suspended and the other two being off the team. Not sure if he was giving a second hand report or just expressing an opinion.

I can see JJ getting kicked of the team anyways. He has just had to many strikes against him. We will see what Kiffin decides.

That would be positively wonderful news. Nuke may have matured into something great, the other guy...what's his name again? My point exactly, but JJ is a stud and from a gameday standpoint, losing him would be huge.

I am hearing around campus that he did just walk up on it, like what is being rumored. I have seen some football players, and they are noticeably not happy. FWIW, for some reason I am also hearing that Edwards and Nuke are already gone. Why this is weird is that they are still in custody and havnt seen CLK.

I posted this in another thread...

But I have heard from a friend in the area that Nuke and Edwards will be dismissed right away, and JJ will be suspended indefinitely pending the investigation.

This might go hand in hand with what Hubbs is saying.

I don't like where I think this is going. If he was involved at all he should be off the team at a minimum.

Regardless of any felonious activity, these guys were out WAY past curfew and this is too many strikes against JJ. I would be disappointed if Kiffin doesn't boot him.

if jackson isn't guilty and i say if, this most certainly is the eyeopener he needed.close calls always seem to get your attention.

If he wasn't involved, and charges being dropped would tell me that there is at least no proof that he was , he should still be on the team. That's the bottom line.

However, a long suspension here is probably necessary.

if they get dropped i would kick the other 2 off and then suspend JJ for the rest of the season with a tight condition tied to it. you f up again you are on your way to miami of ohio with your dad...

I want to hear the full story on this, but I am really hoping JJ was at the wrong place at the wrong time and it took him off guard and he didn't know what to do. He didn't get out of the car to hold the people up and they were busted less than a mile from where it occurred, so he really didn't have time do anything about it. So I am giving JJ the benefit of the doubt until I hear further. Innocent until proven guilty. As for Richardson and Edwards, it has been confirmed they approached the victims and were the assailents, so their case seems to be pretty cut and dry. Maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part.
