If this is dumb just trash the thread. I thought it would be cool to hear about any unique memorabilia people have and the story that goes along with it.

I attended Fulmers last VolWalk. He was coming down, to a 95% positive crowd. Everyone squeezed together tighter than I've ever seen to say farewell as he walked by. As soon as he got in front of me I saw something Orange and White fall out of his pocket. I ducked into the middle of the path and picked it up. It was an orange and white porcelain pen. As KPD pushed me out of the middle I pocketed it.

I'm sure it's insignificant to some, but to me it's a cool thing to have.

Basically ha. My parents called me at the end of the game and said at the post game interview that he said he carried it to every game and wanted it back..... Got me good,
completely fell for it.

I don't have anything that's memorabilia, per se, but I do have a large autographed picture of "the Catch" by Peerless Price in the Fiesta Bowl 1998. It's autographed by Jeff Hall, Peerless Price, Coach Fulmer, and Big Al Wilson.

During the Vol walk of the Oregon game, Condredge was coming by and shook hands with my youngest boy (5 at the time). Anyway Cooper comes running back to me saying, "look what I got!" He holds up this little Power T lapel pin wrapped in plastic. Condredge shook his little hand and wrapped his fingers around it. Pretty cool for us because my father in law played high school ball with him. We put that little pin in our China cabinet. Lol. Pretty cool story when folks ask about it.

I still have some memory loss from my Neyland visits.

I think.

Does that count?

I'm sorry, what were we talking about?

When they dedicated "Peyton Manning Pass" back in 98, they gave three replicas of the street sign to AD members, signed by Peyton himself. I got one in an auction. Amazingnesss

I used to have a piece of paper with autographs on it from the 98 championship team. My dad and I were showing my grandfather Neyland Stadium and just happened to catch the team loading the buses (I want to say it was before Vandy). There were a few people standing around and several players and Coach Fulmer stopped and signed for us. I remember wanting Tee Martin's really bad, but they had him running around like crazy loading stuff. I also have (or hope I still have) a Jamal Lewis autograph my dad got when he managed the Xpert Tune where Jamal would go to get his oil changed/car worked on.

I've been looking for years to get a piece of that Shield-Watkins turf they sold back in 1994. I'm sure that seems silly to some, but it's the one and only piece of memorabilia I've ever wanted.

You should see my dad's house though. It's like a UT museum. Just a sample of his insanity...

I've got a football autographed by the '98 National Championship Team. A friend works for the University and arranged a tour of the athletic facilities. Being wide-eyed I bought a ball to get signed by whomever I could only to find out none of the players were in on that particular day (Thursday I think and at the time they were excused from workouts for some reason). So the guy giving the tour said if I would leave the ball with him he would get as many to sign as possible and mail it back to me. The tour was in March and in August I got a package from UPS and inside was the ball with about 70 signatures on it.
