I think it would be fair to say that any fan base would react negatively to any opposing head coach who talks trash. Are Gator fans supposed to be above that?

For the last time, let's be perfectly clear about this so called trash talking. He said he looked forward to singing Rocky Top all night long next year after we beat Florida. His next sentence was Mike Hamilton told me to say that. It was a joke and it got a laugh.

The second quote in question occurred at a recruiting breakfast with a bunch of hyped up, newly energized Vol fans. It wasn't like he looked into the camera on ESPN and called Meyer out.

This is as far from Steve Spurrier's act in the 90's (which Gator Fans loved) as one can get.

Even if we lose, a year or two later it will be great. I remember when the Bammers played UF and won in Meyer's first year. They had a T-shirt that said,"Hey Florida, it was an "Urban" myth.".

There is not much doubt in my mind that with this staff and the way we have been recruiting, that we can't have similar results.
