Other than the contract being five years, don't really see much in the way of terms yet

Wouldn't shock me though kind of do the same thing Michigan is doing with Moore where they can cut bait after one year for a pittiance

Way too late in the cycle for any standing HC worth his weight to bolt. Elevate someone as an "interim" or go hire someone completely unqualified like Dools.

Will be interesting to see what kind of staff he assembles.
