I don't know about that , but I was at a game at Stokley when Barkley was playing for Auburn, and somebody sent 2 pizzas, or 2 pizza boxes courtside to him as a joke. I had a single ticket in those days behind the goal right where the team went into the dressing room. Auburn was warming up at that goal just a few feet from me. He got a laugh out of it, but he didn't eat pizza that time, just a few minutes before tipoff.I remember him coming for a game and it was reported he ate like two large Stefano pizzas.

I'd always seen him listed at 6'6, but truth be told, I don't think he is much taller than 6'4.
Truly, one of the most entertaining players to ever set foot in Stokely Athletic Center. They would put him under the goal on defense and he would block EVERYONE'S shot. Quite the talker too.... I really miss those days of hoops.
