He is a High Energy High Character guy. He's a players coach that will get the most out of his roster. If he can recruit with the Big Boys he do great things in Knoxville.

Well, with the 3 mil buyout, I gotta imagine he's gonna be here for a while. Yes, time will tell, but I'm really excited about this guy at the moment. Can't wait to see what he can do. Regardless though, he gets a judgement pass for the next year no matter what happens.

Definitely. Martin was called average, he got flat out dogged by many, so surely those folks expect CDT to make the tourney by year three and if he is the upgrade some of those same folks think he is, maybe he'll get there sooner.

If he doesn't they will turn on him, when really it should be Beavis and Booger Eater and the Plane Gang that get the blame.
