Fair enough. But in another thread, someone posted that we've had 14 second half potential game tying or lead taking possessions (including, but not limited to those "walk off" possessions), and have failed on every single one. That is not the fault of the defense.
That's probably right. Bray hasn't closed the deal so to speak this year.
My point is that the offense has scored more points than we've ever had this year. Bray just puts the points on the board early in the games. And the defense isn't helping very often as they rarely turn the ball over, rarely give us good field position, and never score on their own.
I really don't think Bray chokes, but it's more the constant pressure of having to score every time you touch the ball just to keep up with our opponents that wears him and the offense down. Bray is not to blame in the South Carolina game; however, because he drove us down to the 20 yard line when the O-Line finally let Clowney strip him. I think we score and win if he wasn't blind-sided.
