Well, this group of players wen to Butch a few years ago and complained that the strength coach was too hard on them. So, Butch fired the guy. Soft players will not work hard enough to get it done.

Getting some nasty linemen that can block longer than 2 seconds is more important than anything, including the weight room. They can the strongest man alive but if they're AFRAID to block anybody they're useless.
