4. The pinky: As I said before, Fulmer never said Crompton was in line to start, but when asked if he was ready, Fulmer replied that he was. Ainge's finger didn't have any serious swelling or discoloration, nor any tape or a brace. He stated several times he would be starting in Berkley.

5. The kicking situation: Colquitt will be ready for punting duties and most likely kicking according the Fulmer. If not, then Lincoln, who has truely been consistent in practice, will get his shot after spending the last year getting chastised by his coach. Fulmer alluded to a lot of tough love when he talked about not wanting his players to be "dirt-kickers", especially Lincoln. Fulmer made a point to say he finally thinks Lincoln has matured enough to take the reigns if needed.

How can we be certain of Colquitt if what we heard about Ainge turned out to be incorrect?
