Due to a forecast promising soaking rains and cold temperatures, the Tennessee baseball team's Tuesday tilt with Belmont has been cancelled. No make-up date has been announced yet.

I played baseball for Belmont in the early 90s. - no way we would've played UT then. Wow.

I know we played Belmont at least a couple times under Raleigh, fairly recently.

Belmont won the A-Sun last year and went 39-24 with an NCAA bid and has beaten UGA 2 of 3 already this year.

I am not a Vandy fan, but I love to see Belmont suffer.

Dear Vols, if this game is made up some other time this season, crush them. Destroy them. Show no mercy. Don't let up, even if you're winning come the bottom of the 9th.
