I simply disagree with you. He is better than Jordan who cannot run where the play is designed. Chandler is just an average running back but does have skills catching the ball and making plays in open space. Banks has showed promise in his running style and ability to read blocks, run hard and break tackles. He has the most upside of any back on the roster. You can exclude all of his fumbles and he still not be the best back on this roster.
He has the best potential. If he remains at running back , I believe he will contribute more than Chandler next year.My argument is that you can't overlook a players fault, or a person's per say and consider them the best if they have a negative trait that can't be denied. He simply can't be considered the best rb on the roster because of his fumbling problem.
Fair enough, just don't see it but injuries could get him some carries this season. Chandler is probably just a concussion or 2 away from not playing I feel. He's already taken 2 heavy concussion type shots in 8 weeks, takes a toll. Our current rb core is going to get recruited over the next couple of years. We'll know in the spring, if Banks puts the weight on to play lb. Big difference in 215 and 240 on his frame. He has the best potential. If he remains at running back , I believe he will contribute more than Chandler next year.
