I can't think of Tubby without remembering his advertisement for a manufactured home company (was it Jim Walter's?) and getting one for his mom and dad, all the while with his huge UK contract. For some reason, this still sticks in my head.

Actually I think it was Pearl's time to go....However, I wish it would have never had to happen. Definitely a huge loss and I would take a Tubby Smith over a Mid-Major up and coming coach any day of the week.
