I mean, this really seems like a lot of hair splitting. Can it be transmitted by a cough/sneeze or through normal breathing? I mean, does it really make that big of a difference? We know how cold and flu viruses normally transmit. Doesn't matter if you are breathing normally or ejecting it from a sneeze, it can be transmitted in the air. Is this breaking news to most people?

It is so important to him and his ego that he be reelected that he is willing to let people die from lack of knowledge and, worse, by intentionally misleading them.
