Truly Believe CPF has Turned from Coach to Spectator

CPF has turned into a Spectator on the Field. The players know it and this is a contributor to their play. The last two games you can see the Deer in the Headlight Loooooooks on the sideline. Post game comments were almost Fan like not Coach Like. Truly believe he is gone at the end of the Season because he will not make the necessary adjustments at the end of the Season to become a coach again

When is the last time you can actually see Phil doing something on the sideline? I can only recall two things:

1) Clapping regardless of what happens.
2) Holding up 1 finger when we are obviously kicking an extra point.

That about sums up his coaching.
