Guards don't generally go very high, combined with his health status = a day 2 pick, imo. Would love to see the Titans take him regardless what roound he's picked in. We need a quality guard and he's a mauler.

Think he prob goes anywhere from the 5-15 range..I think 15 is his floor.Kids a beast would not be shocked one bit if he’s a top ten pick.Warmack was half the player Smith is and went at 10 so no reason Smith shouldn’t if he passes all physicals Medicals etc.Thats gonna be the HUGE question mark with him is his health.Boy can play there’s no denying that!

I think Day 2 is the most likely. There's a couple other highly regarded guards out there as well so given the medical concerns, that may push T. Smith to the 3rd guard chosen. You rarely get 3 guards picked in the first round.

Titan's selection of guard Chance Womack with the # 10 pick was terrible.

Not many guards worthy of a top 20 selection. But, Trey will be an absolute mauler for someone.

They mentioned several times last season that he did not physically practice during the week. The rest I have no idea.
