It's really easy to fool someone who doesn't want to know the truth. In fact, my earlier comment was erroneous. It's not the stupidest defense of all time. Under the law, it's not a defense at all.

there were two things in the article i read that studk out:

1. quote from baby's mama's lawyer: "if he invested his money in to something more than gold chains, he might be able to make the payments"

2. Henry's Lawyer: "i know it doesn't look it, but he truly is a comitted father".

I don't really claim to know exactly what happened with Jamal and Travis' misadventures. I know that both of them helped UT win the national championship. Both of them were good, they were both drafted high, and both of them have had NFL success. Additionally, neither of them are choirboys. If you want to decide which running back is better, the best way would probably be to look at the depth chart when both of them were on the same team. That gives the edge to Jamal. Lewis later managed a 2,000 yard NFL season. He's one of only five backs ever to accomplish that feat. So I'd say being second fiddle to Jamal doesn't condemn Henry to mediocrity.

Henry also had one of his SEC championship rings sold on eBay through a pawn shop last year (or maybe two years ago).

It didn't actually state who it belonged to, but coming from Frostproof, Florida and having a plainly visible "-ENR-" with "20" below, it seems fairly obvious.
