It's a big decision and there's no going back. They should do some counseling sessions first or something.

I'm generally anti vanity/extracurricular surgeries and procedures, but I guess for some they honestly feel they were born mistakenly as a particular gender.

It can be shaved down to within possible born female parameters. Very painful and can mess up the voice, though.

Worked with someone that went from male to female, then back to male in a span of 16 months.
Had a wife the whole time... Not one to oppress an individual's desire to be whatever they want to be, but dude was just straight up creepy.

He was pre-op the whole time. Granted he went through the hormone treatments and all. The quick switch back to male attire was just awkward and creepy. I guess he must have thrown all of his men's clothes away so it was just this hybrid sheman. Mens shirt, girl pants, pink tennis shoes but a huge chain hanging from his wallet.

The public restroom situation was a riot.

I think so, im guessing maybe her options on the open market were limited or non existent.
I think when he decided to "man up" again, she had laid down an ultimatum.
