I'm thinking one transfer and one from recruiting. This years qb class isn't very deep with can't miss top notch talent

I want Tennessee to win. I think that Marve would be a good fit for us, but I don't know. He likes to move around a lot, and I don't think Kiff would like to have a qb like that. I think Marve would be the safest bet, but that kid Cam Newton is huge. Also, with the stats that jc qb nick had, it would be hard to pass him up, plus he can come in and start contributing right away.

I'd take both if possible. Newton for his upside, and Marve since he could spend a year learning the system and has experience running a pro-style offense.

I don't know if you guys remember, but Cam Newton was tearing up Florida practices before his dismissal. I'll take him.

Silly Poll.....I'll go with the choice that are excellent coaching staff evaluates as being the best choice for our system....they are the experts not us VN posters.

I would take either one of these guys but if I had to choose it would be Marve. The fact he would enroll soon and could practice with the team this season and learn the system would be a huge advantage. Newton wouldn't be able to do that because he is playing Juco instead of walking on like Marve would be doing.

For one reason or another, he was found to be in possession of a stolen laptop. He claims he just bought it from someone and didn't know it was hot.

IIRC He also threw it out the window as the heat was coming down.:p

Why not a "I don't care as long as they win" option?

I wouldn't take either based on what is public... but I trust that Kiffin has alot more info than that.

Neither would be a quick fix, no different than if we would have landed a top notch guy in this years class.
