I’d put all of those teams above KY, Missouri, and Vandy. Even the ones who lost to KY and/or Missouri. The same way we are a better team than SC and Texas A&M is better than AP St

I absolutely agree, especially with the QB battle. I can't imagine that goes well for Coach Prime his 1st year in Boulder. Him saying his son was starting QB before even stepping on the field. Competition is healthy and makes you better.

Young was out but A'M was on their 3rd string QB too.

So anyway, Ole Miss IMPLODED. That’s obvious to everyone, including the guy arguing that they didn’t,because he can’t admit he’s wrong and has a hard on for Kiffin. You’re exactly right re: aTm too. Also an obvious point.

They barely beat Tulsa early in the season. They were always bad their schedule simply got better.

Saying they imploded over and over doesn’t make it true. Look at their schedule. They played no one early. They played decent teams late. Your lack of understanding of the word “imploded” isn’t on me.

They beat Kentucky with Levis. A fact you conveniently ignore. Then they lost to multiple teams inferior to Kentucky, including one in a blowout, more facts you conveniently ignore. All of these facts support implosion. Ignoring them doesn’t mean they didn’t happen.

Yeah, we destroyed KY with Levis. KY wasn’t very good and they barely beat KY. I’d place KY below the entire SECW

Who is the blowout? The bowl game? Hard to take much from any bowl game in this era sadly.

Kentucky beat Mississippi State. Facts are stubborn things. Kentucky was also better than Arkansas. You’re acting like every team OM lost to was a juggernaut. Don’t try to pump up Arkansas, Miss State, & Tx Tech, then say UK wasn’t good. They were better than a few of the teams OM later lost to, which is inconvenient to your argument.

And yes, we can take from the bowl game that Ole Miss was continuing its OBVIOUS 2nd half implosion.

SC beat us. That doesn’t mean SC was better than us. Just like App St isn’t better than Texas A&M.

Not pumping any of those teams up. But if we are being real they’re all equal to or below KY. Kentucky would’ve been lucky to find 2 wins in the SECW.

Let’s be honest about Ole Ms. They played no one (best early season win was over KY) and became over ranked. They played a series of decent to good/great teams and came back to earth.

That’s not imploding but rather it’s being exposed for who they were all along. Those are very different things.

If you refuse to acknowledge the vast difference in their SOS early vs late, you’re simply being disingenuous.
