Webster was Illinois's top assistant and was Darius's primary recruiter. Many people think Darius was leaning towards Illinois and then Gilispie takes Darius's recruiter from there.....Clever i will say

Well, this might sound strange, but if a player doesn't come to UT, I'd rather them stay in conference. Unlike football, where it actually hurts to play in the SEC, it helps in basketball. You'd rather have a better conference overall and bet on winning enough games to make the tourney - you still have a shot if you're in. And your RPI, etc. go up as a result. We want the SEC to get stronger. In football, you lose 1 game, most likely you're done.

That said, I want UT to get the right players, so if Miller doesn't come here, I hope we land some others.
