Is the real reason that Fisher was taken before Joeckel was CAR history with UC players he has drafted?

Fisher didn't play at UC. Yes he was coached at Central Michigan by Jones and Mahoney but I think the real reason was the west coast offense Reed likes to run. Fisher is faster and more athletic than Joeckel which translates well to the west coast offense especially with all the screens Reed likes.
