Notice all the top recruiters work for big time programs......which makes it easy to bring in top recruits. I remember a couple years ago UT assistant Matt was listed by Rivals as one of the nations best recruitors. Now having to recruit for Duke he is not listed.

John Blake from unc would be great. Leming on his show leming report on cbsc. Said he is the best out there but I doubt you get him from Butch Davis. Also just looked and he was head coach at Oklahoma and d line coach

If their good enough. We don't HAVE to have any specific race on the coaching staff, what does it matter, if your good enough you'll get the job. I hate people playing the race card because they didn't get the job they wanted. Plain and Simple.

I'm not a proponent of hiring a sub par coach based on race. I am a fan of being an equal opportunity employer though, and having some black coaches would be beneficial.

I am a proponent of hiring George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic, Charlie Strong, Turner Gill, the Umpa-Lumpas from Willie Wonka (70's version), Hillary Clinton, or whoever else it might take to get this program to the level it needs to be.

Race, creed, marital status, upbringing, or whatever else is inconsequential - running a clean program that consistently competes and WINS at the highest level is tantamount.
