I'm just saying Woodson started with talent. To imply that he is on the draft board because of Sanders is laughable.

Just because Randy Sanders is good at developing QB's doesn't make him a good OC so why can't it be true? Andre Woodson has said as much that Sanders has been key to his success.

Who cares. He'll probably end up with a broken leg Saturday anyway... Hope not, maybe about 15 sacks will work just as well...

The reason it cant be true is because Woodson has nothing to compare it to. Do you think if he went to Georgia or South Carolina he would have had less success? I know Sanders is a likeable guy and Did influence Woodson. What i am saying is that to say Woodsons success is solely due to Sanders is proposterous.

Have you been watching the season? Not trying to down-play his bright moments, but the kid's been off for a good portion of quite a few games this year. When he's hot, he's hot. But when he's not. . . .well. . . .he is definitely not. He's going to have to show a good bit more consistency in the last 3 games of the year before he is given more consideration.

6'6 pro style QB who is smart, has a good arm, and in a draft where QBs will be in high demand. Why wouldnt he be in the top 100??

Methinks the relative lack of talent at receiver is hurting him a bit this year.

Plus Cutcliffe's track record for developing QB's. You'd think he'd make the top 100 on potential alone.

Maybe if he would use his strong arm that you mention and throw a ball over 10 yards, he might be recognized. You don't get mentioned as one of the top QB's when all you do is throw 5 yarders all day. Anyone can do that. I can think of many QB's that have a better pocket presence and that don't panic and throw the ball away like Ainge does. In fact, he is one of the worst at staying in there and waiting for the receiver to get open. I think the reason that we have to throw short passes is because Ainge can't stay in there and wait for the deep rout to develop. It's no surprise to me that he's not in the top 100. In 2004, I actually thought that we had ourselves another Peyton Manning or Casey Clausen for that matter. Boy was I wrong.

I would think that there would be at least one GM who would see that

There has been a lot of blame on the receivers this year, but if anybody watched the game Saturday, you should probably begin to ask if Ainge is the one that may be hurrying throws and not allowing enough time for our receivers to break open...

Exactly...I think he is afraid to get hit so he has a mental clock going on when the ball is snapped...3,2,1 throw it out of bounds...

Dont really see why you are surprised that Ainge isnt on the list....He isnt really that good a QB....He has trouble with pressure in college...so imagine him in the NFL with Dwight Freeney, Urlacher, so on and so forth breathing down his neck...he would quickly begin to look like he did in that game against LSU a couple years ago where he lame ducked the pass as he was getting sacked in the endzone and they ran it in for a TD

Being afraid to get hit and having a mental clock are 2 different things. There is only so much time a QB has to make the throw and when that runs out he'd better not have the ball.
