Stewart screwed up on the track, whether Busch was blocking or not, it was practice! Busch was wrong for banging away on Stewart, he is a brave guy in the car, but doesn't seem to want to back it up face to face. As far as did Tony hit him, it doesn't really matter, it was off the track where things should be settled. Both drivers have said it's over, let it die. Good advice.
