There’s nothing I’d love more than for Tony to stay. Him and the program he created is what made me fall in love with baseball. FB used to be my first love, but this Vols baseball team is the one thing I can watch comfortably and have complete confidence in that everything will be ok. We must pull out all the stops to keep him at all costs. If the DW rumors are true, he needs to get his butt in gear asap or step aside and let Boyd make the decisions regarding.

The attention is great for recruiting and for the prestige of the program IF he stays.

I could make the counter argument that MLB doesn’t want to overshadow the LCS. Have any other manager positions been filled?

My point is they need to move on to their next candidate. I don’t think they can just give TV unlimited time to make a decision.
