SIAP somewhere but this just popped up on 247sports on FB.

Someone needs to tell DW to get off his ass and make this right. Tony wants to be here . Do whatever it takes to make him feel wanted and bring him back today. It’s an absolute shame that it even got to this point.

Whether there was or wasn't friction between CTV or AD DW it wasn't mentioned.. CTV took the high road and was very complimentary towards White and expressed his gratitude...

CTV loves University of Tennessee and hopes to return to the University in some shape later down the road... Not selling his home tells me he may be back in a few years...

Nothing but a Class act...

Hell, he’s not even selling his house here lol. I’m gonna miss him and he’s damn right in the fact he’s a VFL.

Wow! Coach Vitello hit that out of the park! That was simply awesome and represents why Coach Vitello was so loved on Rocky Top. He never gives you boring “coach speak” or cliches. He’s genuine and speaks from the heart.

He obviously agonized over his decision, and bent over backwards to express his appreciation and fondness for the fans and his experience at UT. Dang, I’m going to miss him, he’s truly 1 of 1! Class act!

I’m not going anywhere. So real estate people quit texting me. I’ll figure out what I want to do. But whether it’s football games, basketball games, supporting these guys in some form or fashion, I’m not going anywhere. I don’t know if this will get me in trouble, but in my mind, a goal is to come back to Tennessee in some capacity. Whether it’s part-time living or some other job way down the road or maybe I go back to Nashville and become a country singer or something like that. But that’s something that stuck out in my head because obviously I feel like this was a great place for me.

I am sure going to miss Tony Vols - I sincerely hope that when his time has ended in the MLB he will come back to Tennessee and be the skipper of our beloved Baseball Vols!
