Rivals.com ranks the top-25 classes, and North Carolina sits atop the list. It marks the second time since 2006 the Tar Heels have the top overall class in recruiting.
The Big 12 conference is the big winner on the first day of the signing period. Seven Big 12 teams have top-25 classes.
Rivals.com will adjust the rankings next week to reflect any changes during the early signing period. The early period closes at midnight on Wednesday, Nov. 19.
