Still think he's a magnificent QB now?!

I'd love to say bring in Dobbs but it's just not worth burning his red shirt!

So the priority of a redshirt is higher than this team winning as many games as possible?

Who is to say Dobbs doesn't come in a lead us to a bowl game with a string of performances for the ages, a la his spring game?

We have 2 more QB's coming in next year. To heck with a redshirt. Let's win games.

Worley wasn't the problem he didn't do a lot of good or bad but poor play calling was the big to much run not enough pass

He was very bad today. He would not let go of the ball. Threw a terrible floater off his back foot that cost us the game and was generally poor. In the 4th quarter he got good time but could not pull the trigger. He cost us the game with his fumble and interception and was inept at making plays.

Worley gets hit all the time with a weak line that gets exploited at will. Everything is rushed and he just gets leveled.

As soon as get gets leveled, he slowly gets up goes back to the line and plays at the exact same high level he played with on the prior play.

Personally, I have a ton of respect for the kid and think he is absolutely capable of leading this team to a bowl win if he stays healthy. With a better line, he'd be high level QB, no question.

I'm ashamed...isn't anyone else embarrassed by the fact that our nosetackle clearly intentionally tried to cheat by interfering with the snap in the final seconds? I can only hope that for our integrity that this was not instructed by the coaches with hope they would not get caught. This is the dirtiest stunt i can ever remember a vol player pulling. Am i alone here...

I still wouldn't burn the redshirt. This team is in for a poor year. Let's keep Dobbs for the future. Maybe eventually we will have a decent year.

Suck it punk, interceptions and bad play calling cost us this game.

He didn't have his best game, but he's played very well this year. We have many, many problems on offense that don't include Worley so give it a rest. The other two guys have had 18 months to take the job from him and haven't, and we saw what one is capable of last week. Anymore brilliant observations?

If it would have worked it would have been great!

Agree. It would difficult for even Peyton to play behind this Oline.

Josh Malone not catching a perfectly thrown pass on 3rd and 5 and thus settling for a field goal wasn't Worleys fault. Catch that ball Josh! Dang it.

We expect the offensive line to look young and inexperienced. Today Worley looked like the freshman.

The protection was not always bad today. There were a number of plays where he had PLENTY of time to throw and either he could find nobody open or just wouldn't let it go. We made florida's DBs look like NFL players today. They never missed a tackle, we apparently struggled to get open, nothing worked. Worley is NOT MOBILE, he does not run--which makes the read option look idiotic, really. When are people going to get it: You have to be able to scramble some and at least keep drives alive. He can't do that. We haven't had a mobile QB since Martin--long time--and it's a big reason why we have had so many offensive problems. Not the only reason, but a key reason, IMO. Worley's late INT cost us a chance to win the game. He was not pressured on that throw. He threw it to a guy who wasn't at all open, with a safety nearby. We NEED to start recruiting athletic QBs!
