No, you guys just think there should be a law for everything. When in reality that's the problem, we have entirely too many laws on the books as is.
A crime is commited when persons or property is damaged. How is that hard to understand?
Quite the contrary. I think there are too many laws also. And I agree philosophically that a crime hasn't been committed until person or property has been violated/damaged. However, you have to dumb it down to the lowest common denominator because people are idiots. Some on here think it is OK to go get knee wobbling drunk and get behind the wheel. I agree if you are the only one in jeopardy. Kill yourself, I do not care one little bit. However, if you kill someone else, that is completely different. What is the restitution for that? How can you say that it was the persons right to get behind the wheel when the potential was there to kill someone besides themselves. That is why there are laws against the idiocy you advocate with your AnCap crap.
