I call bs on your mixologist , you're so full of shiite it's pouring out at your ears, no trailer for me dingus, current market value around my hood is around 250 large. I can't wait til a republican gets in office and the value really soars..

Best I could come up with on short notice. I've been un-****ing 15 years worth of personnel records the past couple of weeks. One final marathon push got them labeled and sorted by year at least.

Now I get to alphabetize them...

Call all the BS you want. Russell Davis has worked with several bars in Austin. It's one of his hubs.

But hey, if you're calling BS just before trying to measure weiners, I guess that's a sign that i'm doing something right.

250 large isn't really worth bragging about, but what do I know... I only flipped houses for 4 years.

It took me a while, but I finally figured out what kind of person you are. You're the guy that won't stop running his mouth until someone finally has had enough and pops you in the mouth. And you do it just to prove "I was right! You are a violent person!"

So as you are lying there busted and bleeding, you can at least feel good knowing how right you were. And how innocent you were in not provoking the situation at all. Eventually you'll grow up to find getting your ass kicked to prove how right you are just isn't worth the trouble.

It is when it's paid for , I know you think you're the Donald Trump of real estate because you renovated some slums in your old hood in Knoxville, but you're no expert . Why the **** would that guy waste his time with you when in reality there is no bar. 😂😂

If your best retort is "Nuh uh" then I would say you have nothing to go on. 250 grand really isn't worth writing home about. We sold one of those slummy queen anne's for 190 before I moved, and that was in East Knoxville, so...

There's no bar yet, since we're, you know, still in the process if opening the doors. There's capital, and there's licensing. That's 90% of it, right there. I understand it's difficult to believe, since you were getting high while in port at Hong kong, chilling in bath houses with your bros when you were my age.

Regardless, I'll reserve you a bottle service booth when the day comes. I'm not half as bitter as you are. All Vol fans drink for free

I must've missed something. When I was otj, and if Dink was at the level of the mandatory minimum for the USA for what ever jurisdiction I was in at the time.... Yes.


Lemme just say, I've had 10 thousand lbs turned down for prosecution (weed).. And, that was NOT on the border.
