Nope....but drug laws do limit access to people seeking heroin.

People seeking herion either find it or other drugs. So banning herion helps nothing.

It actually hurts because it increases prices which lead to drug related crimes.

Have you ever been drunk before? Did I go out and rape women or punch babies?

Drugs are an excuse. They're not the reason for the crime.

I think perhaps you are talking about something that you don't have a full grasp on with this statement.

Fine with me too, there are affects of nicotine on the fetus.

Lol. What about foods? Caffeine? Probably not good for babies, and it is addictive.

How many grams of saturated fat would be too many to eat while pregnant?

What about sugar?

Ever been an addict or around one?

I've been drunk, and I've used several drugs.

It's all scare tactics. I wish you could see past that and think for yourself.

"Drugs made me do it" is just an excuse for being a ****ty person. Drugs don't make you do anything. No matter how drunk or high I've been, I've never sought to harm another person.

Yeah, the effect of Sour Patch Kids on the developing fetus is similar to heroin. Ban them for sure.

Nope.....not at all what I am saying. I haven't the slightest clue what the numbers would be like.

Given that you stated this, how are you still maintaining that drugs ought to remain banned because they are dangerous to a fetus? You are directly contradicting yourself.

Come let me give you a dose of ketamine and see if you are in full control of what you are doing. Then let me get you addicted to oxycodone and see what happens to the things you think are important right now.

Because we are talking about whether there should be drug prohibition or not. You are stuck on the notion that drugs are bad for you and that addicts can do bad things. That's common knowledge. Now let's discuss how prohibition helps to eliminate any of those issues.

I've on been oxys before, by prescription, but it's still oxy. I didn't kill or rape anyone.

And ketamine really? You think that makes people dangerous?

Actually I was dismissing the claim of victimless crime that was stated several pages back. Give me your thoughts on what happens if you make all drugs legal. Things stay the same, get worse, better?

So theirs only a victim for pregnant women? So because a very small percentage of pregnant women may use drugs...all drugs should be illegal?

Reread my posts....I made it clear multiple ways that people are harmed by being in or around the drug culture. I used the example of pregnancy because that is what I see every day.

I think all pregnant women should be on legally mandated bed rest (too many bad things can happen when you get out of bed).

They should only be allowed to eat smoothies made by certified dietitians.

And if they violate these laws, they should be arrested for endangering their fetus.

And everything you mentioned is already illegal. Dui is already illegal. Child abuse is already illegal.

Why do we need drug laws?

So once a child has been abused then arrest the parents. Sure fix to the problem.
