Even if the guy in the chair cursed him and what not he's still a complete tool.
I wasn't there but the evidence I have seen looks like he needed to be fired but if he was cussing the cop and then intentionally rammed him with the chair.....a natural reaction is to push him....it looks worse bc he tumbled out of the chair.....
If there was more to it before hand that happened and it wasn't an accidental running over the foot.

Why should cussing a cop be a consideration? Would you be justified in assaulting someone because they cursed at you?
What does that mean

If he was cussing, being aggressive and intentionally rammed an officer then it would mean something.....
I looked into it some.......the guy in the w/c told school officials that he had a gun.....the cops were called and determined that he did not have a gun.....he was instructed that he had to stay away from school grounds....he tried to go around the cop and accidentally ran over his foot and the officer shoved him. The officer was the highest ranking officer there and the guy was arrested.
The incident was investigated and the police board recommended him being fired....it went before a five person civilian board which voted against termination......he was stripped of his rank....suspended 30 days without pay. And placed on probation for a yr.
I think it was handled pretty well....don't u?
Talking aggressive? Just what the hell is that?
Until a cop is physically assaulted they have no reason to touch another person who hasn't committed a crime.
If he said F U Man get the F out of my way and rammed him with his w/c then yes that is assault.....mmmmmhhhhhmmmm telling a school u have a gun is a crime.......in this particular instance the cop was in the wrong and punished as such.
