So a gang that has shown they have no problem killing citizens and random police just declared openly that are going to kill people. What is your solution?

Arrest the ones breaking the law and put them on trial. You know as the constitution says.

If you really want to solve the problem legally, just offer to pay for abortions in the hood. Hoodrats have been killing babies at a record pace since Roe v Wade but still can't keep up with demand...

(Hoodrats is a more politically correct code word)

Yeah, you don't see too many Planned Parenthood clinics in the middle class neighborhoods, why is that?

Ok, but I was thinking about neighborhoods in the city. We have about 11 or 12 distinct neighborhoods in our small city. They are all fairly integrated but are distinct in the level of income. I can walk down two blocks of nice tree lined streets with big single family homes and enter into a neighborhood of row houses. We're all "inner city" so to speak. Planned Parenthood would never attempt to put a clinic in or near my neighborhood, though I suspect there is the same percentage of clients as there are 2 blocks away.

It is possiblly just a matter of zoning. I suspect my neighborhood association has done a better job influencing the zoning rules then the association down the street, as we also don't have corner convenience stores, bars etc. But, I would also suggest that PP would not really consider forcing the issue, but would be content to stay in the low rent districts.
