You probably don't go to games any way and consider yourself a fan because you wore orange once.
You probably kneel during the National Anthem and call the police when something goes bump in the night and don't pay taxes.

You probably don't know this song,

Here's to old Tennessee, Never we'll Sever.
Pledging our Loyalty for ever and ever.
Backing our football team, never to falter.
CHEER AND FIGHT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT, FOR TENNEESSEE!

You probably don't understand the words in bold.

Wow, so scared scared of change you resort to what you think are insults. Fans aren't hurting the team, butch Jones is.

Fans can choose what they want to do with their time and money. I am going to the game but I understand the anger with many fans due to the gross incompetence shown by our administration for the better part of the last 2 decades.

Wow. Tons of assumptions in this post. Judge not lest ye be judged.

Sidenote: TENNESSEE, not TENNEESSEE

#fillNeylandwithChildren the AD is acting like one. Big time pay calls for big time decisions, everyone will be fine when Mike BoBo is announced.

YAY let’s support mediocrity. Rah rah rah!

On a serious note. It’s up to the individual. I can see both sides of the coin and I don’t think either makes you more or less of a fan.

That judge not quote is almost always used out of context. The OP clearly believes he has the moral righteousness to judge our fandom and that his could pass through the fires of testing and come out pure as gold.

Do you want to buy my tickets to the rest of the games?

Here's an opportunity to show everyone what a fan you are!

Someone should talk to Currie about loyalty and backing our football team which means firing Botch Jones immediately. Oh, and in addition to his buyout, we will let him keep his trash can too.

So whats the difference between firing him today instead of after vandy, other than making you feel all warm and fuzzy.

Why don't you let people decide how they want to spend their own money, stfu and quit telling people how to feel.

I'm not going to boycott Neyland but I'm not going to tell someone else they shouldn't do so. It's their money, it's their right and has nothing to do with the kids. I wish you butch kiss a$$'s would quit trying to spin it that way. You're all getting ready to find out just how good of a guy Butch Jones is...

I appreciate your passion OP and everyone still a fan after the last 14 years bleeds orange. Some of us just demand better. And are coming together for action finally.

Some more bad stuff is going to come out today on how Butch is hurting the players.

This movement is about change. Let these stories come out about what Butch is ACTUALLY doing to them and then judge and say we are not true fans for wanting to take away a man who is hurting these kids.

Thanks. I believe that no man is given the right to judge, much less on moral righteousness.

We all do it. Doesn't make it any less wrong.

If Neyland empties there may actually be an appropriate sized area to sit.

I haven't gone to Neyland in almost two full seasons now.

Last time I went I got stuck between two pigs. Each weighed probably 400+ easily.

Wasn't the first time it happened.

Decided then to just watch at home.

Mr. Currie could announce that attendance to the game is free for all and all ticket holders will be reimbursed at a Pilot station...get gassy for free...that'll do it...:)...and,

GO VOLS!

For good or bad, our fan base is 85% white men. We're mostly Trump voters, so let's show people the kind of class we have. If we boycott Neyland and the NFL what are we going to do with ourselves?

At least call it what it is:

movement = boycott

Take pride in what you are doing.

Have there been any other players to comment on the boycott?

What's the point in keeping him until after vandy other than to make Butch feel all warm and fuzzy? Oh yeah, to embarrassingly lose more games.
