'27 TN WR Kesean Bowman

He won't stick with Vandy, especially after Vandy struggles to win 5 games next year. This is a team that won 2 games the year before Pavia arrived. I don't think folks quote understand how much of their offense was Pavia just running around and making plays out of nothing. That isn't something that can be duplicated.

I would be shocked if Vandy has a good season. They graduated a massive amount of 5th & 6th year players. They also are forced to play a true freshman QB who is talented but is going to struggle a lot playing in the SEC as a true freshman without a elite supporting cast.

This is absolutely unacceptable. That would give Vandy the #2 and #3 players instate.
Dude we havent even gotten to OG Signing Day for 2026. They havent even had their All Star games yet. Bowman may drop on our board. There is a soo much time, there's over a year.

Coaches have shown time and again that relationships win out. AP is even saying he thinks its TN in the end.

Andy had a generational QB. They will be lucky to win 8 games in this new format.

Let's just wait and see how it plays out

#its only December

Hit me up in May, and ill fahr some folks

This is an uninformed post because I haven’t seen him play, didn’t someone say a few months ago that Bowman isn’t very fast? I’m pretty sure I read that. Don’t remember who said it or how reliable they are.

*Edit* Nevermind. Went back through the thread and no one said he was slow, one person questioned is speed but was just asking. Maybe it was a different WR I was thinking of, or maybe I was trying to make myself feel better about the possibility of losing him to a rival lol

De committed from Oregon to commit to vandy
At least it wasn’t a flip from Tennessee

Either way he has over a year to go to stew on his decision and Tennessee beating vandys ass next year in Nashville will change his mind

The brain of a 17 yo kid is truly a thing to marvel at.

It's weird that kids like this bother committing. Because that's not really committed. Just wait and commit to the school you're actually going to attend.
Not that simple. Schools put a ton of pressure and offer some really good deals.

Not just a weekend at the cabin.
But this one recruit was dating a full grown nurse and the usual (cars money, apartment) now theres legal money involved and marketing deals. The nurse was part of the package.

I’m happy for the kids, but it’s a ton of pressure sometimes.

I've also seen way more people freak out about it here and on 247 than I have on VQ, which is kind of crazy considering VQ is the king of "freak out/the end is near!" reactions

I think it's the fact that Candy was never even in the picture but then Lea slaps Heupel around in embarrassing fashion in our stadium.

They get a commit from the 2027 LB out of FRA that we seemed to want the same day. After getting a top in state recruit that decommited from UGA, now out of nowhere they are in the picture for the top 2027 instate WR.

This is why you don't and gameplan like a$$ against that had talked smack about you in the off-season. Looking back, I don't think there was any way Heupel could justify keeping Banks. That L will keep giving until we put 70 on them. Does Heupel have the stones to let it happen when it presents itself?

Feel like you might be overreacting a touch to a single loss to Vandy.

Bowman is 2027, nothing is done.
