I love the Vols, but I can't imagine turning down the opportunity get a free education from a university the caliber of IU only to pay to go to school at UT.

What DOES stand out is his incredible concentration. Hands. Field awareness. Great feet-like a RB. Good agility.
This kid maybe a legit 4.55...? Maybe.

That's plenty good enough and he would catch many 3rd down conversions.

We'd be lucky to have him. We don't know if we have a clutch guy like that right now.

I believe Sam could go to TN right now and out run and kid on the team. Absolutely crazy fast
