Ohio St will still come hard after him again and some Georgia fans i work with were saying they think they can still get him and don’t forget Bama too In this day and age of NIL and transfer portal nothing is in the bag with a player committing.

As long as the decision is left up to Heupel I agree with you, that being said... I don't know how long that call will be left to Heupel if the trend continues with us being incapable of running on good teams. Half the sacks were on a freshman qb holding the ball a little too long, but still, that means 5 sacks and a handful of rushing yards were on the OL...

Not really, Banks had the benefit of a STUD DLine. That 2024 front 4 may have been the best defensive position group of the entire Heupel era. Banks still got exposed when the DLine didn’t get home. See UGA game. Mike Bobo took him to school all game long. I won’t mention Ohio St game because obviously Chip Kelly gave him the blues.

Banks was not good with scheming which is partly why the defense had been spotty and he had to be replaced.

why do you think this is a rebuilding year? Other than qb, the majority of
players have significant experience. Core defense are portal players from
Penn State, our LB's are experienced, our OL for the most part are returning starters.
