Copy the link for the video. That might be done by putting the cursor or arrow on the internet address at the top of the page, left clicking to highlight it, then open a menu window by right clicking and move the cursor to copy and left click it. On this VN page, look at the menu at the top of the bottom window. One icon represents a piece of movie film, with two frames. Put the cursor on it, and it says video. Left click it. Then put the cursor between the two [VIDEO=][/VIDEO]s which appear and paste the link between them by right clicking and then left clicking "paste." Look below the window for the icon sayin "Post reply" and left click it. Works for me. There is also an icon that looks like a pair of handcuffs for inserting a link. It might work for video. Don't know. I use that one to paste links to articles.
