Recruiting forum off topic thread (no politics, covid, or hot button issues)

Wouldn't say that. I like his style. Adds spice to the board. Never did like group think. Respect someone who isn't afraid to go against the grain in today's world. Refreshing actually.
šŸ¦¬šŸ’© I go...you go..we go against the grain sometimes...that jackass is just a contrarion troll. I have zero respect for those pure azzholes.

uh oh...I left the door wide open for Glitch.

It is.

And yet a completely sad, absurd reflection on the "annie grab your gun" society. Not sure when, in history, going straight for your gun became so acceptable. Fwiw this is not about gun politics blahblahblah just the culture around them and how quickly people will resort to them. It's absolutely insane. Are these people just "seeing red"? Do they prepare themselves in advance to confrotations and know they will flash their gun ahead of time?

Outside of life-threatening defense, I just don't get it. Can't even wrap my head around grabbing a gun over driving or any mild confrotation. Society can be so damn depressing smh
I think your notion of ā€œgun cultureā€ is misplaced, but I certainly understand the sentiment.

I mean, it's certainly part of gun culture. Of course, there's more to gun culture than this, but you can't discount the very real negative aspects of gun culture just to create an artificial rosier picture.

No you blanketed every business by stating that the owners should cut the pay and do the jobs of the rank and file employees without any caveat. You insulted countless small business owners, many on here, that have built their businesses up from nothing and still know full well how to turn a wrench, write code, or cook some great food.

And you never stated big businesses. I agree that a lot of C Level folks have lost touch with the folks in the trenches, but you never specified those businesses.
To be fair, @InVOLuntary needs to get in the trenches and stop eating caviar and drinking fine wines from his giant boat while his employees build.

What is gun culture? Where does it come from?

Donā€™t want to get political. Wherever you stand. We can all agree the healthcare system in this country is beyond awful for a variety of different reasons. With the #1 being greed. Hopefully everyone has a great day today. #GBO
still much better than some countries, worse than many.

Awful in what ways? Cost sure.

But I can call and get an appointment within days even with a specialist.

We could have a socialist program where one waits in line for months to see a specialist..well we have this hybrid system with Medicare that is somewhat successful. Dont ask a VA patient that is on the wrong side.
No system is perfect but a lot of the tech innovation we see today is because HC is expensive.

It's not live bullets. In Brandon Lee's case, I believe it was a piece of the blank that broke off and was projected from the gun. We'll have to wait for an accident report to see what the cause was in this Alec Baldwin case, but it won't be an actual bullet is my guess.

BREAKING: Alec Baldwin has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter in ā€˜Rustā€™ shooting

Thanks! Itā€™s not us, itā€™s totally a God thing.
Thereā€™s a HUGE need for foster parents. If any of you guys ever have any questions about getting involved, feel free to shoot me a message.
I second this. Always a big need for good people in the foster care system. Obviously I don't know you but you seem alright haha. Their is a good little system in Chattanooga I know if people want to contact them: Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes is their website
