:realmad: I just checked the schedule for tomorrow night, and unless i'm missing something, we are not getting the game here....i don't know why i'm suprised....freakin' ACC.....oh well....anybody else in Charlotte (or surrounding area) see the same thing or am i missing something?

In the NE Oklahoma area....if it isn't big 12, it isn't gonna be SEC. They'll televise any game before they go SEC...1aa...anything. :wacko:

oh, it's not strange at all...if it's not NCSU, Duke or UNC...then they think no one cares what else is on....there are a ton of UGA, TN, Va Tech, UF alum and fans in this town....and you'd never know it looking at the TV schedule....

What's really bad is on Saturdays in the fall, on CBS affiliate here, they show the JP ACC game of the week at noon. I can't tell you how many times i've had to watch the end of or OT period of some stupid ACC game like WF V Duke before the SEC national game comes on....it sucks.

Yeah, I looked at the wrong bar. Sorry you aren't getting it Jake. I know how that goes not getting FSN and all. It's frustrating.

oh well....i look at it like this...I've only seen them 3 times this year. 2 of them were losses. If they keep winning, and i can't see it, well, i'll take that for the team....

jake - I feel your pain. I'm in the Charlotte area as well (UNCC area), and my girlfriend and I have had to go to local bars with Direct TV for a ton of games this year. We were in the Ballantyne area Saturday afternoon, and stopped in to watch the BAMA game at the Fox & Hound.

Looks like we're SOL for this one too....

Is it def. on TV in Knoxville? I was up in the tricities over the weekend and they were reporting that it might not make it on to TV since the local station that carries JP might not interrupt local programming for a Wed. night to carry the game. Anyone know for sure if it is on tonight and what channel?? THanks!

according to the link that they posted last night, it's on JP channel, whatever that is, in KNX...you should be good....

GO to a bar. They will have it. However, since u r obviously not an ACC fan you are hating it since you are in Charlotte. UNC -NC State at 9pm tonight.

yeah, and i'd have to think Knoxville affiliate will do the same, as most other East TN affiliates will probably follow suit....

For some reason my JP on Direct tv is showing the game at 10pm. Can anyone else comfirm? I set my Tivo for 10pm
