It was abernathy that got beat for the hail mary in ‘17, the 4th and 14 play in 2015 was busted coverage on malik foreman, who then dove at calloway which blocked mosley from making the tackle. Callaway was in the slot covered by foreman and mosley was a solid 10 yards away covering the outside wr

Stop talking about that stuff

Moseley wasn't very good in college. Never made any All-SEC list, only had 2 INTs in his 4 year career, and I am pretty sure he is the guy who gave up on that long Florida Hail Mary that cost us the game.

he went undrafted and played very little his rookie year in the NFL. its only as he got older that he became a good player. older and developed by someone not Willie Martinez...
The point was that he has a well established history of putting players in the NFL.

It bears reminding this esteemed group that the goal of recruiting isn't highly rated classes but high performing teams. Our defense (including the secondary) has become a strength under an offensive minded coach. There is a reason for that and WM is at least part of that formula. If he wants a player, I see no reason to question it.

Especially when he brings them onboard this early in the process; late pickup in February may require additional scrutiny. Signing 4 stars that are really 4 stars and 3 stars that are really 4 stars is ok by me. Too many 4 stars are celebrated and too many 3 stars are trashed on signing day. Takes a while to get to the truth. Real ceilings evaluation skills are an art. Keeping them long enough to get there is now a bigger issue.
