Floored at how many 3 stars this year are getting p4 offers. This is not a slam, its in fact the opposite. Is it bc there are less and less people going to these JR days, and Rivals events? How are the services missing it that bad ?

You got a talented kid in Jackson and one in Greenville. Both play both ways. Both spent most Friday nights not playing in front of bigtime college coaches because of their locations and leagues and not one analyst doing the rankings has seen them play in person.
Rankings are a hype train. You gotta camp a bit to get on it. If you play basketball and run track or play lacrosse, you aren’t camping and getting the hype.
I’d also like to remind a few years ago a fake profile was made up and Rivals gave the fake player a 3* rating.

Very Talented great pickup. Yes has much to learn playing Corner but most Corners come in with much to learn. Only few ever come to college ready to play. Tough tough position.

Seems like most of these types never play and end up transferring.

We always hope they end up being some sort of “diamond in the rough” but it never happens that way.

Not sure I can name many ranked in the 1000s to actually pan out for us, there could be a few that I’m just not thinking of.
