'28 TN CB Braylen Gibbs (Alabama commit)

He's interesting bc he was a starting corner during his freshman season, but he got HUGE this past offseason and played receiver during the year. However, he committed to Vanderbilt preferring to play cornerback

Bama is cherry picking our back yard? Kid must not like UT if he was committed to Vandy before this.

Doesn't look like TN recruited him. Or at least not mentioned on Rivals. Wonder why.

Despite not playing corner last season as he grew into a receiver frame, he still wants to be a corner. Knox Catholic got Loia Valade to come in and play corner opposite Xavier Bowman. Now both are out, so he will at least get to play corner this year. Camped at Bama and got the offer. Flipped shortly after. He still has two years remaining in his recruitment and body development. Already 6'2-6'3 and packing on weight -- part of why I think he will be a receiver long-term. Will be a player to monitor but it's tough to truly project him right now. Jr season will be huge

What do you mean that both are out? X is hurt? I coached him in MS. Well, I was on the coaching staff of the team he played for. 😀. I don't speak to him but have been keeping up with his recruitment.
