'26 TN S Joel Wyatt (Tennessee commit)

“As for Wyatt, it might not be all over. In fact, for any of these commits, it mignt not be all over. What happens, for instance, if Vandy improves on its 7-6 season from last year, and Heupel is on the hot seat by November?”
Hahahahahahaha.

A year after making the CFP, Heupel is gonna be on the hot seat by November, guys. Vandy is gonna come swooping in to steal our recruits.

6’4” 215 running a 4.4 and being able to cover slot WRs.

Maybe he plays STAR??

I
Idk about all that being able to cover. He's big and athletic, and his strength when I saw him in 7on7 at Rivals Five-Star, was lurking as a safety. They let him play all over and was getting beat bad at corner even by another DB

he's a true 10.7

with speed training at UT he's 10.6

with the weight gain he will undergo he's back at 10.7

that's still crazy fast on the backend

At 6'4 205-210..

Exciting measureables. Exciting recruit and commitment.

Can he flip his hips and run? Is he fluid?

Taylor Mays was a physical specimen at Saftey going 6’3” 220 - was stiff as a board.

*the question is somewhat rhetorical, just say “yes” and I will believe

He can't flip his hips like a corner and shouldn't be expected to at that size, but they're perfectly fine for a safety or linebacker
