That's good because I've got another situation.
A homeowners association has filed an injunction to stop work on my job site.
We're putting a metal roof on a house and they are saying we don't have proper approval.
How can a HOA have the right to legally tell somebody what kind of roof they can put on their house? Can they make them pick up their house and move it out of the neighborhood? I don't understand how they can enforce their bullshat.

Slice, I don't mean to tell you or your client their business, but if there are existing metal roofs that violate the HOA, they're fawked. And they know it. I can catch a flight and be there in the morning to explain to them. I own a company by the name if Pr**ks R Us. I'm here to help.
Key ingredients. A little hardball never hurts. They can enforce their horseshat because you sign an HOA agreement when you purchase your home. I had a mtg with my HOA because they didn't like the fence I built. I pointed out that several neighbors had also violated the same provision and weren't forced to change and I would see them in court. Never heard another word.
