I was going to say Double Dragon but that's happening; Double Dragon Neon is coming soon to XBLA and PSN.

Strider, and I'm one of the few that liked the NES version better.

Star Fox, and I mean a legit sequal like the N64 version. Star Fox Adventures and Star Fox Assault on the GameCube were ok but not nearly as good.

The EA Sports NASCAR series. NASCAR 09 was a blast to play online along with racing other people. EA did a good job with that game. It's a shame that EA and NASCAR couldn't come into a contract agreement.
