Good riddance.

What a waste. I was at the game he quit, and I will always remember that long drive against the Cardinals and that long run in Houston to win the game his first year.

He coulda had it all.

Probably Philly. Can you imagine the Philly fans watching him roll around on the turf like he was just sniped from the rafters, then get up and high step back to the huddle.

Philly is a great place for someone to go who hates to be Booed. This will be the end of VY the quarterback, if he ends up there.

Philly makes horrid qbs look golden. VY has an incredible chance to prosper in Philly. With Vick's style, Young will definitely get playing time. It really couldn't have worked out better for him.

Still a smart move for the Titans though. I would even argue that there's nowhere else VY could be successful.

Are you an iggles fan? If so look at all the qbs you've used as backups in years passed that looked great for you and then you traded them in the offseason to improve the club? Young will be fine in Philly and as a Redskin fan, that scares me.

What does that have to do with Vince Young? I dont think he will be able to handle the pressure in Philly. Ive lived there for a while and I know how bad we fans can be.

I agree. All the backups have looked great in years passed.

Young is still very mobile and Vick will be there to tutor and mentor him. Young has shown enough flashes to prove he has the talent, for him it's just mental. Vick, Andy Reid, Marty Mornhinweg and Doug Pederson will have that taken care by the end of the month.

Thinking about it, the only thing more talented than the Eagles players in the NFL might be their coaching staff. The Eagles secondary is still a little weak and I'd be worried on defense up the middle, but your all's coaching staff is top notch.

Really? They just signed two of the top corners in the NFL.

Nate Allen will be great one day

Not yet though. And even with the CBs, it's still a big spot for him to fill, especially with Boss, Witten and a supposedly healthy Cooley as the opposing tight ends in the NFC East

The popularity of the backup qb applies even in philly.
