Must not have bothered him, past is the past, zero to do with his dad... if anything it speaks volumes about his character.

He’s got football in his DNA, was pretty competitive QB, he understands the position ...Mullen just brought his pops Sal into Florida to coach the DL...and his younger brother, Vinnie plays for the 49ers.

Sure he’ll do a good job.

I hope he does great here too

I'm with you MR VOL. I've been trying to locate one of those types on Butch's former (thank goodness) staff. Nada. There were a couple of player personnel types, but nothing resenbling some staff of analysts, such as those at bama and UF and FSU and LSU and those dawgs...plus undoubtedly lots more. These guys are the human version of nanocomputer swarms; think tank collectives who analyze potential recruits during the off-season, and who slightly change roles in analyzing upcoming opponents, from mano-a-mano matchups to schemes and propensities, etc., etc., etc. Coach Pru's seen all this, and he knows how it works and who's been making it work best. I think we're in good hands.

According to Doug Mathews, we had 8 analysts on “staff” last year. Also said JP thinks 8 is about the right number, that he’s on record saying he thought Alabama was dangerously close to having too many, if they didn’t actually have too many already.

Well his dad was a massive bust and our fans still make fun of him today. Calling him the worst hire in school history. I don’t know if I’d want to go to a place where that occurred/occurs

He supposedly worked pretty closely with the QBs at FSU. If true I think this is a solid get. Francois was really good before he got injured, his backup wasn’t terrible. Both remind me of JG. I’m excited to see what this guy and staff can do with JG.
