It's time to play the young guys on the team. I really hope for Fulmer's sake that he takes that mentality into the last part of the season. Playing the same players and getting the same results is what has gotten is arse red so to speak. Time to see what this team has to other, and if it's nothing else it's advertising to our next coach so he knows what we have riding the pine. Is this a save his job move he could make, who knows, but I want to see what we have been missing just so I know what kind of talent we really have on this team.

Forget it. Phil has never done anything out of the ordinary, i doubt he'll start now.

I'd like to see Creer get some more carries. Paige seeing the field wouldn't bother me either. How hard is it to run a post or go route?

Its not going to happen, CPF is all about letting the upper classmen play, regardless if the under classmen have more talent. It is part of the reason that has led to his demise.

You all have to be kidding, right? We have only a handful of seniors on the team playing. Most are "young guys."

Creer, Jones, Berry, Rogan, Stephens, Moore, Lincoln, Stocker, Warren all on the box score. Many more playing on defense.

There really aren't but maybe one or two younger guys that could step in.

Never mind the fact that several freshmen saw tons of playing time the last three games of the 2005 season.

What about Art Evans? Justin do you have the story on him? I have read a few articles about him being a great lockdown corner. I'm pretty sure Berry was even quoted as saying he was the best on the team.

To be honest, we are a very young team. The players we do lose at the end of the year aren't the ones we build the team around, with the possible exception of Robert Ayers. Parker was supposed to be in that class, but I don't know if it's him or just that everyone else on the O line is making him look bad.

We have the best safety combo in the country, Willingham's a Sr, but Vinson is much more talented. Both of our senior linebackers that start were basically plugs this year, quick fixes to fill the void that Mayo left. Ellix Wilson has been very good, but he's not a game changer. Nevin McKenzie has actually played as well as anyone. However, these guys were a one year deal (what ever happened to Myers-White?). Hopefully, we'll see Gerald Williams, and Chris Donald get some snaps, although Williams is playing a bunch at end.

Time to keep Warren in the lineup for good. There's no excuse for not doing it. Stocker's ok, but Warren is a gamebreaker.

On the D-line, I would really like to see a whole lot more of Ben Martin. he has played really well, as of late, was a huge 5 star recruit, and is proving to be every bit as talented. Obviously, Rico is supposed to be our best lb, but he really hasn't played like it.

Art's been a safety since the spring. He had a great first spring up here (he was a December enrollee) at CB then disappeared in fall camp got redshirted and hasn't done much since.
